Verma for the respondent -Bihar State Road Transport Corporation ( for short 'Corporation') and AC to GP-29 for the State. Mr. Verma, on the basis of instruction(s) received states that all admissible dues payable to the petitioner have been sanctioned and paid. He produced the instruction contained in letter bearing memo no. 6022 dated 21.12.2015 issued by the Deputy Chief Accounts Officer of the Corporation . On going through the document and after hearing both sides, this Court is satisfied that the application has become infructuous.
