The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

As per the prosecution case, 51 litres of foreign wine was recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2022. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
