2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 304 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of killing the deceased but during investigation no material has come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner has been suspected because he used to talk to the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 14.08.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18965 of 2025(4) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur /concerned Court in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 304 of 2022.
