ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 2.12.2013, by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, Nawada has awarded maintenance to the Opposite Party No.2 in Miscellaneous case No.6 of 2009.

Considering the facts of the case, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed.

However, the amount of Rs.5000/- is reduced to Rs.4500/-. The Court below shall ensure compliance of its order at this rate or else takes stringent action against the Petitioner. (Anjana Prakash, J) Narendra/- U T
