The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioners actively participated in assault on the son of the informant and others and one of the injured
