2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Pirpainti (Kahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as evident from the informant's own letter in Memo No. 903 dated 06.09.2012, according to which the petitioner along with two other persons has been exonerated.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above
