The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced subsequently in the confessional statement made before the Police by one Rabindra Yadav which has got no evidentiary value. He further submits that the petitioner has not be placed on the T.I. Parade till date. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is accused in one other case of the year 2007 in which he is already on bail, let the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51916 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 246/2015.
