====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.T. No. 42 of 2018, arising out of Kishanganj P.S. case No. 514 of 2016 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that on account of land dispute, the petitioner has been roped in the instant case. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 23.4.2018 and petitioner and informant are Gotias.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is land dispute between the Gotias, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35940 of 2018(3) dt.23-07-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-II, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 514 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1858 of 2016).
