BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-11-2021 The petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "(i) For quashing the impugned order dated 25.11.2019 issued by the Division Commercial Manager, Danapur, whereby and whereunder the license fee of book stall of the petitioner has been enhanced the Rs. 69,000/- P/a+GST which is for and far from last year license fee as of Rs. 3300/-.

(ii) For quashing the impugned letter dated 06.02.2020 issued by Divisional Commercial Manager, East Central Railway, Danapur where when under petitioner has been threaten to deposit the enhance license fee of Rs. 69,000 + GST 18% alongwith its arrear total 140980

Patna High Court CWJC No.6071 of 2020(2) dt.02-11-2021 2/2 otherwise will take appropriate legal action.

(iii) Further during pendency of this writ petition the impugned orders may be stayed as the petitioner is ready to deposit the license fee but on old rate."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to the original licence holder to approach the authority for redressal of the grievances, in accordance with law.

Permission is granted.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty aforesaid. Interlocutory application, if any, also stands disposed of.
