Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P. S. Case No. 231 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 354, 332, 353, 153 (A), 323, 295, 295(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27990 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced the order dated 18.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 11933 of 2021 before this Court by which similarly situated accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 18.01.2022, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/ (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I (West)-cum-Sub Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P.) P. S. Case No. 231 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

At the time of surrender the petitioners shall produce receipts showing deposit of Rs. 15,000/- in a charitable organization and on seeing the same, the bail bond of the petitioners shall be accepted.
