The petitioner seeks bail in Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 710 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-AC), 26(ii) and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, 18 set of semimanufactured pistols were recovered beneath the seat of the driver and this petitioner was one of the occupants of the vehicle in question.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. No test identification parade has been held till date. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since
