Although according to the show cause so filed on behalf of the Circle Officer, Vijayipur who is acting as the Collector under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, the encroachment is removed but this position has been disputed by the petitioner who himself is an encroacher even though the signature of his wife has been obtained by the opposite parties as a certification of the removal of encroachment.

Be that as it may, if there is any grievance subsisting for the petitioner, the forum for the same would be otherwise as available in law but in the circumstances no cause for indulgence arises to proceed in contempt application.

The contempt application is disposed of.
