Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is elder brother of the husband of the victim.

Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same against all the inlaws including the husband. Husband is already in custody.

Considering the nature of relationship and general and omnibus allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty
