2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 212 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of committing theft of the informant's vehicle and selling the vehicle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17234 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar/concerned Court below in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 212 of 2024 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Tariyani Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
