The petitioner as also the private respondents have jointly filed I.A. No. 4266 of 2015 stating therein that on the intervention of the common friends and well wishers, the dispute between the parties has been amicably resolved by way of compromise. Terms of compromise has been indicated in the compromise petition, which has been brought on the record as Annexure-6 to the instant Interlocutory application. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the private respondents are unanimous in their submissions that the matter may be disposed of in terms of the compromise.

In above view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of compromise, which has been brought on the record as Annexure-6 to the I.A. No. 4266 of 2015.
