The present application seeks restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 9402 of 2014, which was dismissed on account of non-prosecution on 25.06.2014.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the averments made in the application, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner on 25.06.2014 due to which Cr. Misc. No. 9402 of 2014 had been dismissed. Accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 9402 of 2014, stands restored to its original file and number. The application stands disposed off.
