In the instant application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report of Ladania P.S. Case No. 39 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 read with 34, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.844 of 2014 dt.13-03-2015 2 / 2 Code.
The allegations made in the FIR do constitute a cognizable offence.
Learned counsel for the State has submitted that on conclusion of investigation, the police have also submitted charge sheet in the case.
