The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakari Borawan (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act as well as Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he alongwith other persons under the leadership of one Ashok Mishra have been instigating the violence against the Muslim Community. It is further submitted that save and except false allegation involving himself and many others, there is no other evidence so as to implicate the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also

No.30346 of 2015 (2) dt.06-08-2015 the fact that petitioner has been made accused in two other cases in which he has already in bail, let the petitioner above name, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakari Borawan (Dhamaul) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
