The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 322 of 2017 arising out of Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 284 of 2016, dated 30.11.2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30213 of 2019.

The petitioner is stated to be in custody for about three and half years by now.

This Court had on an earlier occasion called for a report about the stage of the case from the Court below. The report of the Trial Court has been received, which indicates that the arguments in this case is over and the judgment is to be pronounced shortly.

In view of such development in the Trial Court, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present. The prayer for bail is rejected.

It is expected that the case would be concluded finally within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The application stands dismissed.
