The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners along with the co-accused, namely, Tunna Das have abducted the informant's daughter.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18799 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/3 petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the allegation made against the petitioners in the F.I.R. is general and omnibus. The thrust of accusation is against co-accused Tunna Das and since the petitioners are parents of co-accused Tunna Das, hence, they have been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C. has stated that she has solemnized marriage with co-accused Tunna Das with her own volition.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, (P), Sitamarhi in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.
