This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 363, 366(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation, in brief, is that petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the informant is major and petitioner and the informant's daughter were in love relationship and both eloped and got married with each other, the same practice reflected in the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Criminal

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amour P.S.
