JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-04-2019 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 21.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74884 of 2018 and the case is under Section 379 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that while disposing the prayer for bail of the petitioner, liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge and now charge has been framed and he has been in judicial custody since 01.06.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17894 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Purnea, in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018 (Sessions Trial No. 09 of 2019), subject to the condition that petitioner will cooperate in disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bonds.
