JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 324, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. Two groups of people allegedly entered into fight with each other. The firing of this petitioner caused injury at the leg of Dayanand Kumar @ Guddu. Petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017.

Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, on completion of four months of custody, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60254 of 2017 (4) dt.17-02-2018 where the case is pending in connection with Gaya Rail Police Station Case No.192 of 2016, G.R.No.308 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
