That the present application is being filed for quashing of the order dated 13.02.2018 passed by the learned Court of Mr. Javed Ahmad Khan, ACJM-VI, Patna in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 557/2017, to the extent it relates to the petitioners, whereby and whereunder the learned court has taken cognizance of the offences under Sections 365, 367 and 120B IPC against the petitioners and one another person, namely, Navneet Kumar @ Bablu Kumar."
