It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that the departmental service appeal which has been preferred recently

Patna High Court CWJC No.6437 of 2020(2) dt.11-09-2020 2/2 on 18.02.2020 is pending consideration. The same is Annexure6 to the writ petition. The service appeal has been preferred before the Principal Secretary-cum- Additional Chief Secretary , Labour Resources Department, Patna this Court, therefore would direct the Respondent no.1 to dispose of the service appeal in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order in a reasonable time, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The State counsel submits that today he has filed a counter affidavit (soft copy). Let the same be placed on record. He, however, does not dispute the fact that the service appeal is pending even as per his instruction.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
