The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons came into the motorcycle to the door of the informant assaulted with lathi, resorted to fire in air and snatched golden chain of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of political rivalry during PACS election the accusation has been levelled. There is counter version of the occurrence. The injury received by the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29949 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 informant is simple, caused by hard and blunt substance. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 177 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
