Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 328/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for and is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28819 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 granted liberty to withdraw this application as against petitioner No. 2 who is mother-in-law of the deceased.

It is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner No. 2.

So far as petitioners No. 1, 3, 4 and 5 are concerned, they are Nand and other relatives of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation against them.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 3rd, (west), Muzaffarpur, in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 328/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
