The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jehanabad (Kalpa) P.S. Case No. 194/2014 instituted for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the I.P.C. In brief, the prosecution case lodged by one Surendra singh, is that on 07.05. 2014 at about 7 P.M. when he returned home after doing work in his field, the petitioner Dilip Singh surrounded him at his darwaza and started abusing him. On protest, the petitioner assaulted him with iron rod and hit him on his temple and snatched his titan wrist watch. In pursuance of the order of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 21.04. 2015 calling for the injury report,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37032 of 2014 (4) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 pursuance to which injury report has been received. It has been reported to be simple and caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the allegation as well as the injury report, the petitioner Dilip Singh be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad (Kalpa) in connection with Jehanabad (Kalpa) P.S.Case No. 194/2014 , subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
