====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for quashing the order dated 11.01.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in G.R. No. 4572/14 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 291 of 2014, by which the learned Judicial Magistrate framed the charge against the petitioners for the offence under Sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45293 of 2018(2) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 petitioners to raise all the issues raised in the present petition, before the learned trial Court, at an appropriate stage.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
