JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for the opposite party No. 2 (informant) and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Nath Nagar (Lalmatia) P.S. Case No. 505 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 420, 504, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.
It is alleged in the written report that petitioner continued to establish physical relationship with the informant on the pretext to solemnise marriage with her and she became pregnant.
Counsel for the informant (opposite party No. 2) has appeared and submitted that case has already been

Petitioner is in custody since 15.8.2018 having clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bhagalpur, in connection with Nath Nagar (Lalmatia) P.S.
