The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a/23/27/35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner caused firearm injury on the right thigh of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is land dispute and also case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner had no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.11.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
