JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-07-2015 This is an application seeking modification of the order of this Court dated 14.05.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46891 of 2014, whereby, the petitioner was directed to be released on bail, subject to the condition that he surrenders before the court below within a period of one week from 25.06.2015.

Till date, the petitioner has not surrendered before the court below in compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.05.2015. Apparently, the petitioner has disobeyed this Court's order dated 14.05.2015. I do not find any cogent reason in the application for modifying the order dated 14.05.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31161 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 This application is, accordingly, rejected.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2014 forthwith, who would be at liberty to take steps to ensure appearance of the petitioner.
