Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S.Case No. 53 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 354A, 323, 338, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the accused persons, including the petitioner is of assaulting the deceased by stones and bricks, due to which he died.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation and nobody had seen the occurrence.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45052 of 2018 (2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by learned court below, without being prejudiced by this order.
