No. 78969 of 2018 stating that in second last line of 1st page in place of "He has one more criminal antecedent" has wrongly been typed as "He has no criminal antecedent".

In view of the above, "He has no criminal antecedent" shall be read as "He has one more criminal antecedent ".

Order is modified to the aforementioned extent indicated above hence, modification application is allowed and order dated 29.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78969
