2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 535 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 140(2), 140(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping two persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. It has come during investigation that the petitioner and others were cheated by two alleged victims and a huge amount of money was taken by them because of which this occurrence has taken place.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 535 of 2024.
