If the petitioner refunds Rs. 25,000/- to the informant after appearing before the court below, the court below will enlarge the petitioner on regular bail on the same day. The criminal case, however, will take care of his involvement or otherwise, which is still going on and will go on.

Anticipatory bail application, however, is rejected with the above direction in connection with K. Hat P. S. Case No. 412 of 2012, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia.
