JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 03-07-2017 An order passed by the Director of Consolidation, Bihar, Patna in Consolidation Revision Case No.4 of 2002 under Section 35 of the Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956 was challenged before the learned Writ Court and the learned Writ Court found no infirmity or error in the order and refused to interfere.

We are of the considered view that the order passed

Patna High Court LPA No.1538 of 2016 (5) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 by the Revisional Authority and the one passed by the learned Writ Court do not call for any interference in these proceedings under Clause 10 of the Letters Patent.

Accordingly, finding no case for making indulgence, this appeal is dismissed.
