Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,201,34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are alleged to have dragged to the father of the informant in presence of the informant and thereafter dead body of the father was found in a canal. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that actually the informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence and after recovery of the dead body, the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. No external injury was found on the person of the deceased.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55628 of 2017 (3) dt.16-01-2018 Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Paraiya Police Station Case No.114 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
