We dispose off the writ petition with direction that in case the petitioner files a representation before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Madhubani within two weeks from today, he shall decide the same within two weeks thereafter. If the amount is found due, it shall be released to the petitioner within a further period of four weeks. In case of further delay, the outstanding amount would attract interest @ of 8 per cent per annum which would be deducted from the salary of the
