This case relates to Giriak P.S. Case No. 180 of 2014 pending in the court of Sri R.V.S. Parmar, J.M. Ist Class, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now petitioner no.2, namely, Dinesh Yadav also wants to surrender and this case as against petitioner no.1 has already been withdrawn vide order dated 16.10.2014, therefore this application as a whole has become infructuous and as such seeks to withdraw this application.

In that view of the matter, this application is permitted to be withdrawn having become infructuous.
