JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 467,468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner claimed regularization of service in the office of Deputy Election Officer, Araria on the basis of forged experience certificate issued under the signature of Deputy Election Officer, Araria. The petitioner was working in the said office since 1995.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner forgery was not done by the petitioner and the petitioner was working in the office and the experience certificate was handed over to him by one Sunil Kumar Singh.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29332 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 770 of 2014 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Araria. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
