====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 13-05-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner and other coaccused persons looted 630 gms. gold ornaments, a golden ring and Rs. 8,000/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has transpired in confessional statement of co-

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
