Petitioner being father of the husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 448, 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torture and making an attempt to kill the informant by causing burn injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of making an attempt to cause burn injury is against the husband and mother-in-law of the informant.

Considering the fact that accusation against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31416 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 the petitioner is omnibus and general and other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 21669 of 2015, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
