Petitioner seeks bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No.494 of 2019 registered under Section 393 of the IPC. The informant alleged that while he was returning to his house, four persons on different motorcycles made an attempt to commit robbery and tried to snatch his motorcycle but the accused persons could not succeed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The motorcycle of the petitioner was recovered from the place of occurrence. The petitioner had given his motorcycle to his friend Sudhir Kumar. The petitioner is in jail since 02.12.2019 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and the nature of
