This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 21/2023 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 105.48 litre of foreign liquor and also the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18711 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 is in custody since 24.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court 1st Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 21/2023.

The petitioner will visit Dhangai police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
