Petitioner being brother of the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307, 323, 448, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torture and making an attempt to kill the informant by causing burn injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation of making an attempt to cause burn injury is against the husband and mother-in-law of the informant.

No.32882 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that accusation against the petitioner is omnibus and general and other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cri. Misc. No. 21669 of 2015 and Cri. Misc. No. 32416 of 2015, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of twelve weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of RS. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Niharika Kumari, J.M. Ist Class, Vaishali at Hajip0ur in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
