2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act registered in connection with Chautarwa (Bathwariya) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation of recovery of total 1440 litres Kerosene Oil from his house. It is submitted that the seizure list has been made without following the prescribed procedure. The petitioner is an agriculturist claiming clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17559 of 2019(2) dt.27-03-2019 2/2 the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
