Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Cr. Writ application has been filed for proper investigation. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Writ petition to avail the remedy in the light of Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. vide order dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with

Patna High Court CR. WJC No. 537 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 analogous cases.

Permission granted.

The petitioner shall represent the entire matter before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna within four weeks and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna upon hearing the parties, shall take appropriate decision in the light of representation made by the above said case i.e. Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases, with regard to the reliefs. Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that he may represent his case through his counsel/relation. With the aforesaid direction, this Cr. Writ petition is hereby disposed off.
