2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 691 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with one Ankush Thakur three years ago. After marriage, the accused persons, including the petitioner, started torturing her for non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry. On 18.11.2024, the informant received information that the accused persons had killed his daughter due to the non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. She is mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioner has falsely been implicated merely because she is mother of husband of the deceased. It has lastly been submitted that she has no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 691 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
