Petitioner is an accused in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 578 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 397of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is no evidence or material to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade and the petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17269 of 2020(3) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 578 of 2019.
